Charming stay despite a few hiccups

We enjoyed our stay with a lovely sea view in our room. The buffet breakfast delighted us, especially the haggis. the service had moments of inconsistency. Consider asking about menu specials for a great dining experience. a pleasant getaway amidst some areas needing attention.

The stay was highlighted by luxurious decor and a breathtaking sea view from the King Room. Attention to detail in the restaurant was impressive, with delightful dishes like Skink Fish Chowder and a generous breakfast selection. the shower lacked water pressure, making for a less than ideal experience. the outside grounds could use better upkeep, and parking was insufficient. Despite some drawbacks, the staff's kindness and the overall comfort made it a memorable visit.

I had a wonderful stay in a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View, enjoying breathtaking scenes of the golf course right from my window. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, making me feel right at home. the housekeeping was somewhat delayed in cleaning my room, which could use improvement.

The location of this hotel is stunning, with amazing views reminiscent of its historical charm. The staff are exceptionally friendly, making every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. the rooms are quite dated and could really use new mattresses for added comfort.

we stayed here on our honeymoon and were blown away by the beautiful sea views from our king room. the dining experience exceeded our expectations with delicious fresh seafood and attentive staff service. this stay truly made our trip to dornoch memorable.

air conditioning wasn’t working properly

Had an amazing stay with friends! We played golf at the Royal Dornoch Golf Club and enjoyed the cozy bar. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the views were stunning. our room overlooked the golf course. The breakfast was decent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a group vacation!

Stunning sea views from the room with a spacious seating area. The room had a private bathroom, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Enjoyed the fitness centre for some exercise. Staff were attentive, and I appreciated the comfy bathrobe and slippers provided. The bar menu offered delicious cocktails, making evenings enjoyable.

Nice Place with Great Staff

So we stayed for 3 nights in a Superior Double room. The staff were super nice, especially when it came to my gluten-free needs! The restaurant food was delish, loved the chargrilled chicken. Only issue was the small bathroom in the second room we were moved to, but overall, pretty good vibes and close to the beach for dog walks.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. The view from the room was stunning, directly overlooking the golf course and the sea beyond. The room was cozy and had been nicely refurbished overall. the decor had a few small quirks that felt a bit off. It was clean, but I did wish there were more pillows on the bed. Still, a comfy spot for a relaxing stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views were stunning. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food options were delicious and varied. The location is excellent for golf and beach activities. 🏖️

Absolutely loved the view from the King Room! The food at dinner was really tasty, and the breakfast was surprisingly good given the earlier hiccup. I'd come back anytime!
